Shipping Information
We will ship FedEx Ground to most addresses in the continental USA. Packages generally
arrive 3-7 business days within the contiguous U.S. and between 7-10 business days to
Alaska and Hawaii after your order's ship date, depending on your proximity to our
production facility in Wisconsin (Zip Code 53715). You can view the applicable FedEx Ground Service Map

Please note, FedEx Ground does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
We strive to make shipping costs as affordable as possible and have set up Fed Ex Flat Fee Ground Rates that we believe are reasonable and cost-effective for our customers. Please see below the Fed Ex Flat Fee Ground Rate chart:

If you select FedEx Standard Overnight or Second-Day as your delivery method, you will have
your shipment in one or two business days, respectively, after your order is shipped.
However, delivery times for shipments to Alaska or Hawaii can vary significantly. For additional
details regarding shipments to Alaska or Hawaii, please see FedEx Alaska/Hawaii services.
We make every attempt to provide same-day shipping on all orders placed before 11:00 AM CST Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 11:00 AM CST or over the weekend or on holidays will be shipped out on the next available business day.
Sorry, at this time we do not do international shipments including Canada or Mexico.
General Shipping Policy
We ask that you inspect your shipments upon receipt for any damaged or missing items. Claims
for any loss or damaged items should be reported to us immediately. If there are any shipping
problems, please retain all packing materials and contact us at 1-800-838-0575 or at

Return Policy
Little Village Spices will accept returns for any unopened spice jars within 15 days after the
customer receives the shipment. Products must arrive in excellent condition along with a copy
of the invoice for a full refund, credit, or exchange. The customer must assume all shipping
charges.
