Chile Powder, New Mexico

New Mexico Chile Powder is ground from whole New Mexico Chiles. The chile is the dried form of the Red Anaheim pepper. New Mexico Chiles are commonly used in Red Mexican or Southwestern sauces and are grown in Mexico. Use New Mexico Chile Powder in stir fry, or sprinkled over poultry or fish before baking or grilling. This powder is mildly hot and has an earthy flavor with tones of wild cherry.
