Celery Seed, Whole

Celery Seed is a dried fruit from Apium graveolens, and though related, it is a different plant than the celery vegetable plant. The seed is produced mainly in India and China and used in their cuisines, but is also used in Italian, Russian, and German cuisines. Celery seed is often used when preparing vegetables, soups, and breads.
