Cayenne Pepper

Cayenne pepper is from the Capsicum family of vegetables and was named after the city of Cayenne in French Guiana where the pepper is cultivated. Use Cayenne pepper to add extra spice to your meals or add a dash to a cup of hot cocoa for a Mexican flair.
