Description 

The Bay Leaf is an aromatic leaf from a group of flowering plants in the Lauraceae family. The leaf, if eaten by itself, has a bitter taste. Bay leaves are common in European and North American cuisines and used for stews, soups, sauces and are also found in some Indian and Classic French dishes. Our bay leaves are hand selected in Turkey.
